Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Any item purchased from ZARLIDA HANDMADE can be returned or exchanged, including customized items.

Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.

90-Day Exchange Policy

If the item you purchased got damaged or broken within 90 days of your purchase, you may contact us at zarlida.handmade@gmail.com with a photo of the product and details about the damage and we will be happy to exchange it for you if possible. If the item is unique and only one piece is available, you have the option to replace it with any other item of your choice from ZARLIDA HANDMADE collection for the same value, or a store credit can be provided if you wish to wait for a new collection to come in the future.
